Welcome to the LIDO, Parker's signature infinity pool experience, located on the 39th floor.

Take a dip or soak up the sun poolside while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Our resort-style pool features custom built-in loungers so residents can lay back and relax while keeping refreshed. 

Cozy up on one of three cabanas surrounded by vivid seasonal floral displays, which are beautifully displayed in modern designer planters. The LIDO deck is grounded by custom porcelain pavers in terrazzo white and cool grey.

The LIDO area opens onto our boutique terrace featuring gourmet gas BBQs available for resident use, high-top tables with natural stone counters, and lounge seating.  Residents can also enjoy traditional dining tables in this space as well.
