Discounted services including suite cleaning, dog walking, and dry-cleaning can all be booked through the Parker App. We also offer reduced rental rates on a 2022 BMW X1, part of our exclusive car share services through Enterprise, which can be booked for use with the Parker App. Exclusive access to amenity rooms, such as our penthouse Sky Lounge, are also reservable through the app. 

Stay informed about what is happening in the community with The Parker App’s newsfeed. Sell, buy, and trade new and gently used items through Parker’s very own Marketplace, an exclusive place for residents to get their hands on their next treasure. Keep track of exciting events including wine and cheese nights, summer pool parties, food truck events, and more - all logged in the app’s monthly resident event calendar.

The Parker App can also be used to control smart home features in your suite. Use the app to control your wi-fi enabled NEST thermostat, plus open your door “keylessly”, or provide QR visitor access passes to your friends and family. Have an unexpected visitor? Grant access without leaving your suite using the app’s video call access pass.
