We spoke with Meegan Guest, Cleveland Clinic Canada’s VP of Communications and Strategy, to talk about virtual care services offered at Parker.

During the live assessment, a remote diagnostic kit enables our clinicians to capture medical-grade images of a patient’s ear, throat, and skin, and listen to their heart, lungs and abdomen,” adds Guest.
To accomplish this level of care, Cleveland Clinic utilizes “state-of-the-art Tyto technology that provides clinical-grade diagnostic capabilities that simply aren’t available with audio or video-only virtual visits,” says Guest. “The Tyto examination kit, found in Parker’s onsite clinic amenity space, enables users to perform remote physical examinations and measure their heart rate and body temperature from the comfort of Parker. This allows the clinicians at Cleveland Clinic Canada to make highly accurate and reliable diagnoses, prescribe medications, and make referrals to specialists, when necessary.”
