For more than 40 years, The Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) Awards have recognized developments in the GTA that demonstrate exceptional innovation in design, construction, and marketing. 

BILD advocates for the housing development industry in the GTA, supporting and recognizing developments from single-family homes to high-rises.

This year, Parker and Fitzrovia received nominations for four awards, including Best Model Suite and Best Customer Care. 

Parker’s model suites exhibit the designer finishes that come standard in each Parker rental suite, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, integrated dishwashers, a custom mudroom bench, upgraded closet organizers, designer plumbing fixtures, and much more.
